Whether you have a novice sense of design or no design sense at all, I’m ready to help you create a space you absolutely love.

Each room of your home will be designed to showcase your personal design style, function at its best and I’ll do it all within your budget.

Now it’s bound to feel a little intimidating to think that a professional decorator is coming to tour through your home with the express purpose of assessing your current decor. While I bring a trained eye, let me assure you that I’m not coming to criticize or judge.

As the owner of Jill Carty Designs, I place a high value on respecting my clients by serving them with my experience, expertise and integrity. I work hard to produce beautiful end results every time, while staying on budget and on time.

My goal is to take away your overwhelm, make the decorating/design process enjoyable and fun, while checking that your wish-list is being mindful of both function and beauty.

Here’s how we’LL work TOGETHER:

Discovery Zoom/telephone call
Consultation - on site or virtual
Measures, photos and scope of project day
Design/decor presentation, collection of applicable deposit
Sourcing and confirming choices for furnishings, fabrics, materials, accessories
Placing orders
Budget review
Construction and renovation begins if applicable
Receipt of orders
Furniture install and styling
Walk through reveal - deficiencies & resolutions
Client closing meeting & final invoices presented
Always a little surprise thank you!

Why I do what I do

I've been a Certified Interior Decorator and Redesign Professional for over 10 years now. This is a second career for me and one that I chose in a purposeful and knowing way. That choice was birthed out of a particularly painful life experience like all great things usually are, and that experience pushed me in the direction to follow my heart and my passion.

I love helping others, and I get incredible joy seeing the smiles on my clients faces at the end of a project. I have realized my true calling and I can confidently say that l've never looked back.
